Hi there!

My "real" name is Michelle, but for my adult novellas, I prefer using my pen name, E. D. Woods. 

 

First and foremost I am a mother and am from (and live in) New-Brunswick Canada with my two children, Emma and Alex, on a small piece of land between the forest and the ocean. Over the last decades, I have spent many years in the beautiful Canadian Prairies as well as several isolated Northern Canadian Communities while working as a police officer.

I would say that my writing style is a mix of personal experience, honesty, art, insight, and quiet strength that I look forward to sharing with you.

Because I too, struggle with mental health, I am happy to donate 10% of all profits to the Canadian Mental Health Association, with hopes to increase the number of available mental health resources throughout our country.
